Phase 1a
The Sit Down / Research
We've found that during the website design process, the most important step is the first one. This is where we sit down with you and get to know you and your business and take a close look at your competition. We get as much client input as possible, bounce some ideas back and forth, and discuss the goals for your website and the potential plinK media can unlock for you.
Phase 1b
Storyboard & Concept
The creative process begins in this step. Using the information and the research
collected from Phase 1a, we sketch a blueprint for the entire site. We establish the look and feel, basic layouts, site theme, navigation and transitions. Now we are ready to begin development.
Phase 1c
Initial Site Design & System Development
Before setting everything in
stone, it's always best to create a sample version of the website. We create
a loose version of the site, and build the system backbone that will manage it
( plinK magic). This draft allows everyone involved to eliminate any minor changes
before the final product is created, and provides a chance for last minute input
on the concept. If you give the OK on your custom design, we bring your vision
to life.
Phase 2a
Final Site Design & System
Development
After your design is approved, there
are still several steps to be taken before the launch. All custom graphics
are finished, scripts are integrated to manage content, and the content
is placed in to the design and formatted and tested extensively. Once this
phase is completed and polished up, the design is ready to go live!
Phase 2b
Experience a little Magic
Once your site is integrated with
plinK magic 3.0, we usually schedule
some form of pre-launch training at no extra cost, to
make sure all of our clients know exactly how to make the
most of everything our exclusive CMS (content management
system - plink Magic) has to offer with some hands-on training.
This complimentary walk-through usually takes less than an
hour for anyone,
even with ZERO knowledge of web technology, how to truly
webmaster their own site- making updates, changing content,
uploading and downloading files, and adding, editing, and
deleting everything from simple links and pictures to online
stores and catalogues.
Phase 2c
Launching the Site
This step is always the most
exciting. Now, with your perfected online identity, we bring your
professional presence online for the world to experience. Once
everything is up and running smoothly, we go the extra step to bring
your audience to you in the final phase...
